Environmental protection and safety at work are fundamental values in our production plant.

A healthy and pollutant-free environment:

• employee’s work under proper conditions to protect health and environment

FIM attaches great importance to eliminate harmful and pollutant residues like cooling lubricant oils and solvents from work environment thanks to the use of:

• air and exhaust ventilation systems

• protective clothing

• protective masks

• other protective measures. For example there are planned water fog nozzles in our painting department to bond 90 % of paint particles.
